- '1st Eastern Partnership Information and Training Seminar on Public Administration Reform'. Seminar for Armenian, Azerbaijani, Belarussian, Georgian, Moldovan, Ukrainian, and EU Member States' deplomats and civil servants under the 1st Platform of the European Union's Eastern Partnership. Organised on 26-30 April by the Estonian School of Diplomacy in co-operation with the European Commission and the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
