21 young diplomats, civil servants and private sector experts from 13 different countries started a school year of our 9-month post-graduate certificate programme in the theory and practice of International Relations and European Integration. On 13 September we held a small welcome reception to celebrate the start of the school year with our students, and guests from embassies and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We thank the MFA Estonia for financing the studies of the scholarship students from Estonian development cooperation funds, and for their advice to help our students arrive in Estonia in current complex circumstances.
