Training program “Georgia’s Future Civil Service Leaders” with Dr. Iur René Värk

In the framework of the training program “Georgia’s Future Civil Service Leaders,” the Estonian expert, Dr. Iur René Värk visited the Foundation in Tbilisi. The professor overviewed the current security challenges and related topics: the use of armed force, international humanitarian law, and international criminal law.

Dr. Iur  Värk also delivered a public lecture on “the War in Ukraine from the Perspective of International Law”.
