21 students from 7 countries received their certificates for completing the 9-month academic program “International Relations and European Integration”.
The 2022/23 academic year was full of challenges but we are proud of our graduates and thankful to our lecturers for this successful journey.
Mr. Margus Tsahkna, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia participated in the ceremony with a speech.
The scholarships for our foreign participants are financed by the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV), from the Development cooperation assets.
