This week we started a new cooperation project with the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We will organize five Zoom seminars during three months for the young Iraqi diplomats. The goal is to develop Iraqi young diplomats capacities and to introduce Estonia’s experience of diplomacy, international cooperation and state-building. The Zoom seminars include topics from „Diplomatic Tradecraft and Negotiating“, „Public and digital diplomacy“, „Economic and trade diplomacy“, „International Law“ to „Diplomatic Law“. The programme will be led by three Estonian experts and one UK expert.
In the spring of 2022, the young Iraqi diplomats’ group will come to Estonia for a study visit.
